A person of interest in the murder of a Wilmington woman earlier this week, has been arrested in Dayton.

40-year-old James Carver of New Vienna has been charged as a person of interest in the fatal shooting of 33-year-old Heather Camp. She was taken to Adena Greenfield Hospital on Tuesday following a shooting, where she died of a gunshot wound.

Carver had been sought by authorities in several counties since then Tuesday. He was taken into custody while trying to leave a Dayton residence, Thursday night at about 7pm.
