Cold Weather Makes You Want To Drink

According to a new study, people who live in cold climates drink more than those in warmer climates.

Researchers found that -- around the world -- people who deal with lower temperatures and fewer hours of sunlight end up consuming more alcohol than those who live in sunny, warm weather.

The scientists believe people in these colder climates end up reaching for more booze because it increases blood flow to the skin, causing a person to feel warmer. (New York Post)
