Several resolutions were put on first reading concerning the Washington Ave project. City Manager Joe Denen says the project is moving right along with catch-basin work ahead of the major work getting into gear.
The Temple Street Bridge project is also in the early planning stage. Denen says an engineer was already hired and the Ohio Department of Transportation is urging the city to acquire additional right-of-way to construct the bridge improvement. Denen believes it could be the year 2021 before the actual work gets started.
Washington Court House City Council will meet next on August 8th at 7:30pm in council chambers.
