A popular event the focuses on improving your health returns to Washington CH near the end of the Month. The Annual Community Health Fair Family Fun Day takes place on Saturday, April 28th at Grace Community Church.
Whitney Gentry with Fayette County Memorial Hospital says the Community Health Fair also offers a wide variety of activities for children with plenty of activities for the kids as the Columbus Zoo will again be making a visit, as will various first responders, and the MedFlight helicopter. There will also be face painting, bounce houses and more.
There will also be a prescription drug disposal unit on site for those that have any unused or expired medications they'd like to get rid of. It's helps to keep those drugs from falling into the wrong hands.
