David Ball at Alibi's Bar & Grill

The unmistakable voice of multi-platinum selling singer, songwriter & performer David Ball joined me on the show today promoting a visit to Alibi's Bar & Grill in Adelphi this May.

David has come a long way from his #1 hit "Thinking Problem" which was the highest selling country song in 1994, all the way to his latest album Come See Me featuring the song "Come on Pretty Baby", All the while doing it his way, not looking over his shoulder to see what everyone else is doing.

"Come See Me" has been described as reminiscent of Willie’s Red Headed Stranger, or Cash’s final songs recorded in his cabin as it combines David’s eclectic songwriting and one-of-a-kind voice. Recorded at his home in Franklin, TN, this may be David’s most personal record yet. He wrote and produced every song. He describes the music this way: “This is melodic, hooky country music, the kind I grew up on. It’s fun to listen to. This is under-produced, non-corporate country music.”

David will be performing with the Dairy Daughters on Saturday, May 18th at Alibi's Bar & Grill 11853 Adelphi, Oh., from 7-11 p.m. Tickets are on sale now for $25.
