Jacob Andrew Anders

Jacob Andrew Anders, 22 of Bloomingburg, left us much too soon to be with his Jesus on September 22, 2017. He was born in Columbus, Ohio on June 7, 1995 to Luke and Misty Wells Anders. Jacob leaves behind sisters Ashley (Josh) Smith, and Natalie Anders both of Bloomingburg, brother Daniel Anders of Bloomingburg, nephews Tyler, Tristen and Trace, girlfriend Shelby Gosney, their boy Landen and a blessing on the way, grandparents Andy (Margaret) Anders of Bookwalter beloved aunts, uncles, cousins and great grandmothers, Vivian Bragg and Betty Hoggett. He is preceded in death by his grandparents Danny and Karen Wells. 

Jacob was a few credits shy of earning his bachelor's degree in Computer Technology.  He was employed at Laurel Oaks Career Center as the lead IT techinician and was also a council member here. Jacob attended Crossroads Christian Church. He was a member of NRA and Judah Live. He was an avid hunter, fisherman, enjoyed the outdoors and water sports. Jacob was very patriotic, training to join the Marine Reserves to become a military police officer. He also had a passion for trucks and motorcycles and the utmost respect for military and law enforcement. Jacob's zeal for life, witty humor, beautiful smile and love for family friends and the Lord will be forever missed. We will see you again sweet boy. 

Funeral services will be held on Friday September 29, 2017 at 1:30PM at Crossroads Christian Church with Pastor Dwayne Brewer, Pastor Caleb Baumgartner and Pastor Rob McCorkle officiating. Burial will be in the Whiteman Cemetery. Friends and family may call at the church on Thursday September 28, 2017 from 3-7PM. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in his name to hopeforthewarriors.org.
