A Hillsboro man faces felony charges that stem from a meth lab bust, Monday. According to Highland County Sheriff Richard Warner, deputies were tipped to a possible meth operation in the 6,000-block of East New Market Road and found a camper that was emitting chemical odors.
The Sheriff says authorities located two men coming from the property and executed a search warrant on the vehicle they were in and the camper. The search reportedly yielded chemicals used to make meth.
David Temple was charged with illegal assembly of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs and will be arraigned on Wednesday.
Sheriff Warner says additional charges are possible.
