Authorities say they arrested a trio of Greenfield men for burglary.

According to Greenfield Police Chief Tim Hester, a resident of North Seventh Street came home on Tuesday to find three men taking items from his house and putting them into a vehicle in his driveway. The homeowner reportedly confronted the men, who fled.

On Thursday, suspects 21-year-old Kyler Penwell and 44-year-old Dale Johnson were found and arrested for felony burglary.

The third suspect wanted for the burglary has also been arrested. 21-year-old James Landrum of Hillsboro surrendered himself to the sheriff’s office in Hillsboro on Thursday evening.  He was transported to the Greenfield jail and has been charged with burglary (F2).

He will appear for arraignment with his co-defendants Friday morning in Highland County Court, Greenfield.
