Blake Shelton is in a familiar place on the chart. Billboard.com says the singer's latest single, "Doin' What She Likes" has topped the Country Airplay list to become his eleventh consecutive number one hit.
The accomplishment also gives Shelton the record for the most chart-toppers in a row with his promoted, non-holiday releases. Blake started his run with "Hillbilly Bone," his 2010 chart-topper with Trace Adkins. He tied Brad Paisley's record of ten number ones last fall with "Mine Would Be You." "Doin' What She Likes" is Shelton's 16th career chart-topper.
Brad's record-setting run also started with a duet -- his 2005 Dolly Parton collaboration, "When I Get Where I'm Going" -- and ended with his 2009 chart-topper, "Then." His streak was snapped with the single "Welcome to the Future," which peaked at number two.
